  Don't go after 10pm. I went yesterday and my food was under cooked when I asked for extra well done and today my chicken sandwich had black burn on it When I went to break it in half the chicken was dry. My son is autistic and longs wing stop but 2 nights he has had to have an episode and flip out because his wingstop was bad. I tried to post the picture but couldn't Maybe I should send it to corporate

  Intentionally gave me someone else's order because they didn't want to make mine. The worker at the restaurant admitted this then insulted me by saying I should have known they were close to closing. I in fact did not know what time they closed or else I wouldn't have placed the order and the App should not have allowed me to place the order if it was too close to closing. Horrible customer treatment and the supposed Manager I talked to the next day did not seem to know what to do about my complaint. Incompetent.

  Do not eat here ! I was so disappointed. My intuition told me i was going to unsatisfied when I noticed how they only had 4 options of soda to choose from outside of the tea machine which is only another 4 options. They are CHEAP and stingy at this location . I came late at night hungry and came here ready to enjoy my food and eat. The fries were over cooked and disgusting. the basket of fries weren’t even full I felt like I got taken. I couldn’t believe how little fries they gave me . then they got my order wrong I asked for boneless wings and I got bone in. I was ok with getting my refund back for my fries and just having them remake my boneless wings as I returned the other wings completely untouched. She told me I wasn’t able to get a refund on just the fries because it was a combo so I go ok I’ll just take a refund on the whole order . I don’t want to eat here again . There’s no point in you remaking the fries they will just taste the same . ( I eat at wing spot all the time by my house and the food by my house is always 10/10 fresh and it’s cheaper only 16$ and some change Here it’s 19$ and some change so they have my expectations at a certain standpoint good food will always taste good . anyways . I brought my food back untouched she told me to come back in the morning for the manager because she’s the only one that can handle refunds . Long story short the manager said she was only able to give me back 10$ back . Lol A joke ! I couldn’t believe it. After I argued her and we did the break down is when she said she could give me back 12$ but that’s all lol remind you I did not eat anything ! The cashier even contested to that he told her yeah the food was untouched . So that wasn’t the issue . They are just cheap . I stated how unethical that was for her to tell me she’s only able to give me half my money back all food was returned and untouched and she said because I didn’t bring back the drink or the ranch ! I couldn’t believe it ! I will not be back ! I love food and enjoying my self eating out but I will never and I mean never come back here idc how hungry I am 0/10 literally
