- JHJoon Han5 days ago1.0The staff were rude and unfriendly. I waited in line, and when it was my turn, I was told I needed to use the app to get the discount. Unfortunately, there was no cell phone signal inside the store, so I couldn't download it. Instead of helping, one staff member rudely told me to get out of line and come back later so other customers could pay. I stepped aside and tried to download the app, but it still wouldn't work because there was no signal. I explained the situation, but she just kept telling me to download the app and finally told me to leave the store and come back after downloading it. I left and went to the Albertsons on Campus, where the staff were friendly and helpful. They simply asked for my member phone number at the register, and I immediately received the discount on the same items. This Vons location has the most unprofessional and unfriendly staff I have ever experienced. They need better customer service training and should know how to help customers receive their member discounts without making the experience stressful. Don't waste your time shopping here—go to a different store instead.

When my wife asked the employee Jared if She could pay at the flower counter, He answered ya like she was bothering him. The girl that rang us up wasnt very pleasant either. We will not be buying flowers from Vons. 10:55 am was our purchase time today.
