Do yourself a favor and just go to the Albertsons in the Colonies. This location has been going downhill for a long time and today was just the final straw. No vegetable bags available. No wine 6 pack carriers available. No ground pork available, and when I asked the butcher lady if I was just missing it, she said they don’t carry it (even though it’s online). She was rude and acted like I was an idiot for asking. There have been numerous times that homeless have been hanging around out front. The Albertsons down the street is just such a better experience and worth the 2 minutes out of the way.

Stay away from this location. Second day and a row prices change at register. Bought ghost energy drinks 1.88 if 3 or more and at register she was like give me your phone number make sure you get discount and then she was like there you go that's much better and I look at receipt at home and charge $3 per can. Second day on a row I trust cashiers , SMH, avoid this location or make sure you verify every single item before you pay!!

I am so upset, I ordered food for our 4th of July barbecue for drive up and some of the items were terrible, including a replacement. I requested a refund and sent this emai to Vons Customer Service because my request was in review: Thank you for your response and for confirming that my refund request is still under review. While I appreciate the update, I have to express how disappointed I am with both the situation and the length of time this process has taken. I submitted my refund request on Saturday after receiving products that were unacceptable for our Fourth of July celebration. The meat I purchased was rancid and had to be thrown away because it was unsafe to eat. The cake was also of poor quality and had to be discarded. Additionally, the substatuted wine was extremely disappointing. After my company had a single glass, we developed headaches. I still have the wine and would be happy to return it if needed, its a 32 cup box. What has been most frustrating is the delay in resolving this issue. In my experience with other grocery delivery services, including Walmart, refund requests involving spoiled or defective food are typically handled quickly without requiring customers to wait a week for a review. Waiting 5–7 business days after receiving spoiled food is not the level of customer service I expected. I have been a loyal customer and simply expected a prompt resolution after receiving products that were not fit for consumption. I respectfully request that my refund be expedited and that this matter be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your prompt response. Can you believe that 2 days later they denied my refund request and no one has responded to my email or my follow up email. I am going to share this on my socials and with my family and friends, what a disappointment. BTW, I would have taken the returns into the store, but I was told that was not the process for an online delivery order. Poor customer several, terrible communication. I wonder what KPI's they use to measure customer service outcomes?????

The staff were rude and unfriendly. I waited in line, and when it was my turn, I was told I needed to use the app to get the discount. Unfortunately, there was no cell phone signal inside the store, so I couldn't download it. Instead of helping, one staff member rudely told me to get out of line and come back later so other customers could pay. I stepped aside and tried to download the app, but it still wouldn't work because there was no signal. I explained the situation, but she just kept telling me to download the app and finally told me to leave the store and come back after downloading it. I left and went to the Albertsons on Campus, where the staff were friendly and helpful. They simply asked for my member phone number at the register, and I immediately received the discount on the same items. This Vons location has the most unprofessional and unfriendly staff I have ever experienced. They need better customer service training and should know how to help customers receive their member discounts without making the experience stressful. Don't waste your time shopping here—go to a different store instead.
