  I have been regularly visiting this Rancho Cucamonga location almost everyday for 2 weeks for lunch. I want to acknowledge Alexia, and Alondra at the registers. Both have been extremely kind and helpful every visit. Alondra helped me on my first visit recommending amazing choices and helping me set up on the Luna Grill app. Then Alexia after asking if i could substitute the new Herb peta chips for regular on my standard Plate order, advised I couldnt, BUT without me even requesting she provided them for me additional at no extra cost just because i hadnt tried them yet. This location is always efficient, and they obviously care about their customers. Thank you very much and ill be back again forsure :)

  Amazing food and outstanding service. It was my first time eating here, and Alexia went above and beyond by explaining the dishes and helping me substitute ingredients I didn’t like with ones I did. Everything was delicious, and the chef absolutely deserves recognition as well. Safe to say I’ll definitely be coming back — I won’t be eating at Cava anymore!

  Super friendly staff... Lots of smiling, friendly faces! We met Alisa, Alondra and Myla. They all made us feel wonderfully welcomed to their establishment. It was nice to learn a little bit about each of them. Everyone has a story and we love hearing them! 🙏💜 Our food was delicious. Lots of nice choices. Music playing in the dining room but it wasn't overly loud. Dining room was clean and well kept. Would definitely eat here again in our travels. Thank you all for your kindness! Keep up the great work ethic! You are an appreciated!

  This place is hit-or-miss. I don't understand why the last few visits have been a bad experience, especially yesterday. I ordered the bistro steak, and it was rare. How do you not properly cook the steak? As well, all of my food was lukewarm. I waited a good amount of time, so I don't understand how the fries were old and unfresh. Furthermore, if the kebab had just come off the grill, why was it not piping hot? They didn't properly cook the food, and I just can't believe it. For that reason, I'm going to have to stay away.

  I was VERY impressed with Luna Grille. Mediterranean fresh & healthy cuisine. Kabobs, Gyros, Salads, Pita Wraps, Bowls and more. Served alongside fresh homemade tatziki, and cilantro lime sauces. One thing that should be known is that they do not accept cash. Because I am transitioning at the moment I only had cash on me. I only had a couple bucks ($2) on the 1 card I had on me, and no tap setup on my new phone... I had ordered a $13 pita chicken plate, and after running the couple bucks in my card, and realizing I only had cash to pay, they still made my meal and gave it to me at no additional cost over the $2! That's unheard of in today's day in age, and I am very grateful. I had been running into a series of obstacles yesterday, & was very appreciative. I will definitely send anyone hungry your way Luna Grille! A big thank you to my generous compassionate cashier, Alyssa. Thank you from the bottom of my ❤️ 🥰
