Although there was a small mix-up with my order, the employee immediately took ownership of the mistake and made it right by providing the correct meal I had ordered. I really appreciate the professionalism and positive attitude of the team. The food was fresh, tasted great, and the portions were generous. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. I give this location a 5-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone coming and eating some pollito which to be honest it had a better taste in comparison to other locations and exceptional customer service.

To me, I feel like they are false advertising drive thru ratings. But anyways, today they get a review :) I forgot to order something I normally get, and when I asked for it at the window, they told me I had to get back in line. Unbelievable! The next time we are asked to back up again, our answer will be NO!!!
