Normally the service at this location is decent but today the attendant just left me standing there not saying anything about if my order was ready or not. No idea what thier problems are but when you show up to work you check it at the door.

I ran in to use the restroom and it was clean and the workers were so nice! The place was extremely clean! They had our order ready fast. Everything was there and we loved all of it. We ordered hashbrowns, coffee cake muffin, ham and cheese croissant, egg cheese and bacon bagel and a couple doughnuts.

It was around 2 PM, so I tried to be understanding and assumed they may have just sold out earlier in the day. Unfortunately, the quality of the donuts we did get was also very poor. They were dry, chewy, and honestly tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time. They did not taste fresh at all, which was disappointing. On top of that, the customer service made the experience worse. The employees had very little enthusiasm and came across as unprofessional. At one point, they were even making fun of a previous customer after their order, which felt disrespectful and uncomfortable to witness. Overall, this location did not meet expectations in terms of food quality, freshness, and customer service. I won’t be returning to this location.
