  The bowls served here are always a smaller portion than normal. I’ve been to other cavas and have never had a thin line of rice served. Kinda ridiculous you skimp out on rice of all things. Makes sense my bowl was ready in 2 minutes

  Food it’s really good. I come here all the time and I haven’t had ONE good experience with the service. Everyone is so mean and act like they really hate their job. I asked for dressing on the side but the lady wasn’t listening she was taking to her coworkers, she added them to my bowl. Overall terrible service experience.

  I am actually a CAVA enthusiast but after my experience today at this location around 1:30ish I can say I probably won’t return to CAVA ever. I paid $41 for two bowls for the service to be terrible actually. The cashier on shift, was terrible. She for once was trying to charge me for steak bowl which i understand there could be some miscommunication while the bowl was given to the cashier so she changed it to the chicken once that was cleared up. I gave her the money for the charge, & she did not provide our change back and you can review the cameras if needed for that. Then as we were grabbing our bag our pita chips weren’t in there nor drink was given to us so we had to ask for something once again. The location wasn’t busy for her to not even acknowledge us or for her to push us to the side or for me to be understanding of “hey they are pretty busy”. As we proceed to sit down we had ask for pita crisp on our bowl and one didn’t have one. Yes mind you we could have gone up again to tell them that something was incorrect once again but the experience with the cashier was so bad and we were on our lunch time that if felt like an inconvenience. As much as we tried to enjoy our food dining in, we only took 3 to 4 bites and of our bowl and decided to leave. Since we were already uncomfortable. I would really like for someone to reach out to us because my experience there today was horrible. In addition the food did not taste the greatest and it expired from the drive from CAVA to my job that is only 15 minutes away, so I couldn’t even eat it once I got to my dental office.

  🥗 CAVA — Three Visits Later! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been here three times now, and every visit has been pretty good! Nothing crazy, nothing bad. Just good food and good vibes. 😎 The employees are actually pretty cool. They hire some good people here! Everyone seems chill, down-to-earth, and comfortable doing their job. Nobody seems nervous or uptight, and you can usually get a good laugh out of somebody. 😂👏 The food? DELICIOUS! 🔥 That salmon and strawberry combination? YUM! 🍓🐟 💸 Now, the prices… CAVA definitely knows how to reach into your wallet! 😂 It’s expensive, but the food keeps bringing me back. Three visits, three good experiences. Good people, great food, relaxed atmosphere. Can’t complain too much… except when it’s time to pay! 💳😭

  Food is great service was below average we went on a rainy day after church and honestly I would just go back to pick up food and eat at home . The tables were dirty and also the floor was really bad . The soda dispenser was not the cleanest no wonder I saw a lot of people just pick up and go pick up and go constantly. At least this Rancho Cucamonga location was not the best .
