  This was my first time coming here but unfortunately wont be coming back. I got a pita wrap and when bite into it, I pulled a long black hair out of my mouth. Was really disgusted and got a refund. The staff was nice but honestly sounded annoyed with the situation and giving me a refund. Sucks

  I had to change my stars and come back and give it a 1. The customer service is terrible. The only ones who are polite is the older men working there. They don't even say hi when you walk in, their rude, they have an attitude and rush you. The to go order it was my first time it didn't have the pita and they were like yiu have to get the napkins and fork and spoons urself... Dear manager please speak to them as much as this costs you could be firing and hiring people with personality.

  I always like to go here for my lunch breaks because they give out good portions and are very friendly even if the other customers are being a bit dumb. Always like to come back here when I can’t think of a meal to have

  Food was really good but my bowl wasn't filled like everyone else's. The person wasn't patient with us considering it was our first time and just stared our way. My mom's pita was super greasy? Or the sauce was everywhere, just thrown together to rush us along. Don't forget if you get anything but chicken its an extra charge.

  This location strongly lacks in customer service. On multiple occasions I’ve been to this location waiting to be assisted, and staff don’t even acknowledge you. They look at you then walk away some not even doing anything. It’s rude. They clearly need a supervisor or management to keep them working. Today after a few minutes of waiting with not even a simple “hold on someone will be with you” we walked out. I refuse to continue to give money to an establishment that doesn’t even care to try to be decent in customer service. It’s so disappointing because the food is amazing! Hope you guys improve immediately.
