  They take way too long we waited forever for our food the waiter Christian not once did he come and checked to see if we needed anything really bad service as a whole.

  Let me give major credit where it’s due — Justice, Bronx, Drea, Jeffery, and Matt are the heartbeat of this place. Every time I walk in, this squad delivers flawless drinks and even better service. Justice sets the tone, Bronx brings the energy, Drea keeps everything smooth, Jeffery nails every pour, and Matt ties it all together with top‑notch hospitality. The drinks are always the best, but it’s the combined effort of Drea and Jeffery, that makes the whole experience unforgettable. They’re the real cherry on top.

  We come here a lot for the wings. They are my favorite. Today though... I sent know what is up with the noise. I have never been here where at midnight some random worker decides to blow off our ears. The music was at a good reasonable level until Bennet Blue Jersey guy decided to turn it up. This isn't a night club. Music is nice we usually enjoy it. Today they ruined a good night. I couldn't even talk to my husband across the table. They also need alternatives for lower sodium on their fries, sauces, and menu items. I personally don't enjoy overly salty food. We can always add flavor. It's hard to take away salt.

  We waited for 15 minutes in the designated take out area before anyone even came in to talk to us. Food took an hour for a to go order. Poor service, horrible wait time and we were just picking up food. Asked for a Manager & someone with a GM tag on came out to bring a few orders but NEVER actually spoke to us!! Complete lack of service & accountability on Management's part. Won't ever go back!

  I went to this location last Saturday and sat at the bar with my husband. It took 20 minutes for the bartender/waitress to acknowledge us, we asked if they could clean another table for us which she did but after moving, she left and didn’t get our drink order so we waited another 15 minutes before I stopped her and asked if she can get that started for us. When the rest of our party came, my husband tried to flag down the waitress to order their drinks as well and she proceeded to tell him to wait and walked away. After another 25 minutes went by, he walked over to the bar to ask why our drinks were taking so long. She then went on to tell him that she was really busy and that she wasn’t even supposed to work that day, he told her that wasn’t an excuse for bad service and she got very defensive and not once apologized for the 50 minute wait and just started yelling “I’m done with this, I’m done” we ended up leaving and will never back to this location. Based on all the other reviews, it seems to be poorly run and they need to do better. Her name is Bronx and she needs better customer service training.
