Our first & only time we’ll be visiting this restaurant. We came here to celebrate such a big important moment & left very disappointed. We heard about the tableside cheese wheel & that’s the sole reason why we came.
I made the reservation about a week in advance & specifically asked if they would be open on Labor Day & if they would have the tableside cheese wheel. She informed me they have the cheesewheel every day no worries & yes despite the holiday they would be open normal hours.
We arrived day of & yes the restaurant is very pretty inside, but that’s what you’re paying for: the atmosphere not the food.
We are seated for awhile then eventually our waitress comes by & takes our drink order. Gave us about 10 mins to look over the menu & we’re ready to order. We asked for the cheesewheel & she informed us that due to staffing issues they couldn’t do the tableside cheesewheel. We could still order it & it was cost just as much but no show. My guest was really disappointed & maybe perhaps hadthe restaurant informed us in the beginning they didn’t have that option we could have thought about staying or choosing another location since we are in Victoria Gardens & there are a lot of nice restaurants to choose from. But we decided to stay since we were all seated & we had 3 babies in our party who were very hungry.
The lasagna was disgusting. Very watery, flavorless but super salty.
I ordered the soup to come with everyone’s entrees & it kept getting forgotten. Then when it finally came when everyone is practically done eating: the soup was sooo salty. & I love salt but that was inedible. We also ordered bread & that came late to alongside the food.
My daughter did enjoy the chicken parm. So I guess that was good. Prices of the dishes not worth it at all. Food & prices are better at Olive Garden.

Absolutely delicious place, had a wonderful birthday and our server was very patient and very helpful even when it was very busy. Excellent portions for the big prices, would love to come back for another celebration!

The pasta was good, but extremely overpriced for what we got. It looked like a child's portion. We added some bread,$5.99, which was good except the middle was still cold. Most of the waitstaff looked very friendly, but our server was not. We received a warm greeting, but after we declined to add alcohol drinks or appetizers, his demeanor immediately changed and was robotic the rest of the meal. I left hungry. I would not recommend.

I was really excited to try this place, but I was disappointed the food was mid at best, and the service the same. I probably sat at my table 10-15 min before I was acknowledged. I sadley wont be returning.

We should have listened to some of the reviews we've read about this place, but gave it the benefit of the doubt.
I usually order chicken marsala at Italian restaurants, so I decided to try it here since our server highly recommended it. Sadly, we we disappointed. The chicken looked like they grilled it (when the chicken is usually sautéed) and they poured some generic sauce on top. For $30, this dish was way overrated.
My friend ordered their steak & egg for brunch. She asked for medium rare and got medium well. The only tasty part from both of our dish was the wedged potatoes on her plate.
The only reason I rated this place a 2 star is because the people were friendly and a nice atmosphere. As for the food, we wouldn't recommend this place-- especially for the price.
