  Have came multiple days at multiple times and the customer service desk is NEVER OPEN! They one who can work the desk says the manager is the one putting them on regular registers so they can’t be in the service desk!. If that’s the case then hire more cashiers!

  Extremely poor service from staff I requested two chicken breasts and was told it would Be ready in ten minutes and when I came back they told me that I could have the chicken breasts. I guess that is the way Safeway treats its customers. I will be filing my complaint with the CEO Office Alberson

  I went to Rancho Cordova Safeway yesterday. Apparently the cashier's aren't bagging your groceries anymore. I have always liked my groceries being bagged, it was great customer service. I should have driven to Winco since I had to bag my groceries. I didn't even want to give 1 star. The cashier wasn't friendly either.

  Your cashier Kim C. And the bagger that was helping her yesterday (July 17th), were very rude and unprofessional. The customer in front of me tried to talk with Kim and he was being very pleasant and she ignored him. He waited for her to tell him his total and she did not. So he tapped his card and made another friendly comment and she again ignored him. Then handed him his receipt and smiled and told him to have a nice day. Then it was my turn. She didn't say hi or anything. I put out my phone to have her scan my club card and she saw the soda cases in my cart and she seemed annoyed. She handed the bagger the scanner. I informed both of them that I had one on the belt and 3 in the cart. The bagger very rudely said I should have left it in the cart to be scanned. I said I didn't see any signs saying to leave soda cases in the cart and that I have always done this and no one complains. The cashier finished and stood there, not telling me my total just like she didn't tell the guy. I tapped my card got my receipt and left. When I put my groceries in my car, I noticed I was missing a case of soda. So I put my cart away and went back inside. The cashier was gone but the bagger was still there. I went up to her and asked about my case of soda, the one that was on the belt. She said she put it on the bottom of the cart!!! Seriously? The other three cases were in the cart, not on the bottom. Why would you not put the 4th case with the other ones. I had to go back outside to look for my cart to get my case of soda. Thank goodness it was still there. I understand we all have bad days, at the very least say hi, tell the customers their total, and the bagger should communicate that they put something on the bottom of the cart.
