  I can’t believe I’m writing a review of McDonald’s of all things. And I genuinely do not complain about places at all. The staff aren’t rude per se, but definitely either inebriated or genuinely are not aware of their job duties or how to interact with other humans. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve just sat in silence flabbergasted at their inability to understand what I’m saying. I paid in cash one time, and the cashier handed me an entire two handfuls of nickels and mostly pennies back. Not only that, but he told me to use two hands, and of course I think that’s a joke because why would someone need two hands for some change, so I just extend one hand. Instead of reiterating it, he proceeds to dump it all into my hand, and as you can imagine a good amount fell to the ground. Oh, and the wait times and windows. When you pay, they tell you to go to the next window. But then no one is there and you’re the only car in line. So you go to the last window. Or, there are people in line and they tell you window 1 or 2, and then you’re waiting for at least 15 minutes at this window while you watch 3-4 people get their orders at #2. Sometimes they get orders wrong. I don’t know how, since I can see the order screen and it’s all correct. Maybe their printer is broken instead of the ice cream machine? The staff like I said aren’t really rude, but also lack basic manners. Not a thank you, you’re welcome, have a good day. I don’t need a full on conversation, I don’t like talking to people either nor do I like working, I get it. But for some reason normal customer service is just nonexistent here. Anyways, I hope the workers can get maybe some remedial training and maybe not show up to work high. I’m not mad at them but cmon, you make more than me and I work on an ambulance.

  This McDonald's is so close to perfection. The atmosphere is great. Everything was very clean and not outdated. The only thing I'd say from a personal preference is if there could be a way to open the door without using your hands. And better quality T.P. Everything else was beyond exceptional. Nice and friendly staff, food was great!
