I've met two regional managers on previous trips to Five Guys, and Mar has all the same qualities. Five Guys never misses! Not only is there food always on point, but their people are always hard working, positive, and provide great customer service, which Mar exemplified in a brief experience at the counter. Promote him so that he can teach the next generation of Five Guys personnel to maintain that level of quality.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
