  A Humble Request to the Owner: Complete Management Failure I am a regular customer here, but I am asking the owner to please review the store video footage from today, **June 29th, between 12:45 PM and 1:00 PM**. A young lady on your staff was extremely rude, leaving me feeling completely disrespected and discriminated against. I immediately asked for the manager and the entire incident happened right in front of the manager and other customers. Shockingly, the manager pretended like absolutely nothing happened and refused to intervene. The treatment was so out of line that even a few of your employees on the grill side noticed and were visibly shocked by how she misbehaved and treated me. No human being deserves to be treated this way. Please train your management and staff to treat people with basic dignity and respect.

  The food was sub par compared to other El Pollo Loco establishments I have been too. The customer service was poor and the entry and exit is not very good.

  I've been a customer at this location for sometime the food is always fresh and I've never had an issue with my order which is great as im usually stopping on my way to work. However my last 2 visit have been HORRIBLE. The customer service is awful.
