  Just went to chipotle in Rancho Cordova on 4001 Sunrise. Order from the wrong Chipotle (my fault) The manager was on his way out. He took the time to fix my error. Didn’t roll his eyes one time. Totally appreciate his handling of the situation. Will definitely go back. As usual the food was great

  I understand what everyone else is talking about. The food is the worst I’ve had compared to any other chipotle. Fortunately, the service was fine. The potions were very small however, though the atmosphere itself was nice.

  To Chipotle Customer Service, I am writing to formally complain about my unacceptable experience at the Rancho Cordova location on May 6th, 2026, at approximately 9:30 PM. I was forced to wait for over 15 minutes, followed by encountering bad customer service. To make matters worse, the store was out of essential ingredients such as steak and fajitas, and the staff was both mean and rude, showing no remorse. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is completely unacceptable. I expect a prompt response regarding how this will be addressed.

  Walked in last night around 9:30pm The girl working was rude and made it seem like we shouldn’t have came in before closing. They were out of white rice corn honey chicken. I didn’t make it a big deal since we came before closing. I asked for more rice and beans and she sighed acting like it was coming out of her paycheck. When it came to the meat I got 4-5 pieces of chicken, a few pieces fell on the counter as she was scooping it, when I asked for slightly more she asked if I wanted to pay for double meat. At that point we walked out, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this location especially around closing time. The lady working seemed extremely unprofessional and not eager to be at work.

  Ordered via the app for pick up1 put my daughters info as the pick up person, I also typed in who each bowl was for and the girl at the window stayed there was no food under any of the 3 bars- my daughter had to calm me and I explained what the order was and the girl at the window got mad and said ‘it was under a guest so no bae’ and tossed the bags at my daughter and slammed the pick up window shut. I immediately called and got transferred to customer care and she ‘created a case’ and I asked for the tip to be refunded. The rep on the phone refunded the tip. Absolutely ridiculous considering all she had to do was look one more time. Definitely already didn’t care for chipotle but won’t be ordering anymore period now
