The food quality was poor and did not taste fresh. The restaurant was also noticeably dirty and did not appear to be properly cleaned or maintained. What concerned me the most was seeing staff handling food without gloves, which made me question the hygiene and food-safety practices at this location. The entire experience felt careless and poorly managed. Between the rude attitude, low-quality food, lack of cleanliness, and questionable hygiene practices, this was easily one of my worst experiences at a Chipotle. For the prices they charge, customers should expect much better food, cleanliness, and service. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning.
