    I just had the most shocking and upsetting interaction at the drive-thru. On May 9th at 4:55 p.m. I went to order a couple donuts through the drive-thru, I ordered two sprinkle donuts and then when I went to order a third donut the employee abruptly snaps at me and shout well just how many donuts are you going to be getting?! in the nastiest tone, my 5-year-old in the backseat immediately said wow Mama she is mad.. I told her you don't ever speak to a customer like that, and then she responded by telling me to leave the drive-thru she would not be serving me..... So I was just denied service at Dunkin Donuts for no apparent reason other than telling the employee not to speak to me in a rude manner, I was yelled at and treated very disrespectfully by the employee there for no apparent reason.... I have a feeling she's done this before. She was way too comfortable shouting at a customer, this definitely wasn't her first time being nasty to someone, She truly acted like she owned that place.. when I pulled up to the drive-thru window and honked my horn to get another employee to come over so I could at least find out her name she stood there and just laughed and tried to instigate a reaction from me. This was some trashy and classless behavior and definitely not what I have come to associate with dunkin' Donuts. I hope they take out the garbage soon because it reflects very poorly upon their establishment having immature kids run it. I also hope they record the interaction on the headset between the customer ordering and the employee because they can go back and listen to the whole thing and I think they would be pretty appalled by their employees behavior.

    Wish I could give NO stars. I am shocked this location does NOT give military discounts. I guess they can enjoy the Freedoms we provide but not support us in a small gestures. Will not be back.

    Great coffee and delicious donuts that always hit the spot! The staff is super friendly and efficient, making my morning visits a pleasure. Love how they keep everything fresh and tasty. Definitely one of my go-to spots!

    My husband and I walked in and the store was empty...an employee finally appeared and told us it was going to be a long wait as the drive through was busy. We were ok with that and stood at the counter. The worker slammed things around, talked back angrily to the screen facing the ice cream counter, huffed, puffed, grumbled and complained though every task. She never looked at us again. More and more customers entered and she flippantly repeated that we would all be waiting a long time. Honestly we would have waited, but watching her attitude and listening to her negative angry comments was not worth the scoop. An ice cream shop should have a happy family friendly atmospere. I will say it was not the shop itself but the poor choice in the worker hired to represent it. Maybe she needs guidance and better training. This is the first negative review I have ever written and I don't feel bad about it.
