  Food is pretty good there. The service at this McDonald's has not been good for me at least in the past 3 years. There used to be a group of people who work there who are always cheerful courteous helpful going the extra mile to make sure that not only myself but other customers were satisfied. I miss those individuals and wish they still work there but they had to move on. Now there are older people what I mean by older is age range between 30 and 55.I hate to say this but I get the gut feeling that they're really don't like their job and they're just going through the motions to get through the day. No compassion though excellent customer service no going the extra mile it makes for if that experience for myself so I tend not to go with you to this McDonald's that often anymore.

  The shift manager on Mon Mar 26 at 9:50 am was really abrupt, dismissive and rude. There wasn't any line or any other apparently stressful reason for such an attitude. It's not the first time, and frankly, I'm sick of it. I shop here every weekend, but I will be consciously avoiding this location from now on.
