The delivery was carefully scheduled for 1 hour before nap time so the kids could celebrate with a pizza party. The order arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes late. There were 24 tired and hungry kids waiting because we had already told them there would be a pizza party. It completely ruined the experience and created unnecessary stress during an important celebration. What made the situation even worse was the customer support experience. I contacted Domino’s support, received Customer CASE ID: 8549538, and after waiting 2 weeks with no update, I contacted them again only to be told by an AI agent that there was no information about my case. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. For me now, Domino’s equals lack of trust and unreliability.
