Asked for more and they charged me extra. $20 for a burrito with barely any meat and cheap toppings when you can walk around the corner to any Mexican restaurant and get a burrito loaded with protein for $13. Location is smaller, staff are slow, portions are small. Didn't this company commit to not undercutting their portions recently? Guess this location didnt get that memo.

It was 5pm on a Thursday and they had no salad mix left-how is that possible? The inside of the restaurant was gross- all the tables were dirty and the floors were filthy. We left without purchasing anything and won’t be returning. Get it together Chipotle!

The staff acting nonchalant about the customer first is a huge no and it’s nonsensical for them not to acknowledge that the customer which is the most important part of a food service experience. But I also want to add that the shortage of food and options available is really aggravating maybe get some more Cooks .Train your staff. They were playing also loud music in the back as if it was a low level taco shop. Very unprofessional
