- MNMaziar NamiranianJul 22, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I ordered three bowls, and none of them were even close to being full. The portions of the ingredients were much smaller than what I've consistently received at other Chipotle locations. When I spoke to the manager, I expected at least some effort to address the issue. Instead, he was rude, dismissive, and simply said, "It is what it is." There was no attempt to help or make things right, which showed a complete lack of customer service. I would not recommend this location. If you're in the area, I highly recommend the Chipotle in Carmel Mountain instead. Their staff is much friendlier, the portions are more consistent, and they actually care about their customers.

Their portions here are utterly horrible and even worse. Paid $20 for a bowl and you would think it would be filled but it’s the complete opposite. Never go to this location!
