  I personally think that irs is an amazing worker. I’m in the pizza factory all the time and have never had any complaints. She’s always so sweet and very fun to talk to.

  After recently reading a negative review about Iris I just wanted to share my experience. I've visited Pizza Factory countless times and have always found her to be polite, professional, and attentive. Customer service isn't always easy, especially during busy rushes, but she's always treated me and my family with kindness and respect. She’s a great addition to the team. The food is great, the staff works hard, and I've always enjoyed my visits here. It has been consistently positive.

  ris was incredibly rude and should not be working in customer service. When I raised a concern, her response was, “I don’t know how you didn’t notice it the first bite.” That comment was completely unnecessary, disrespectful, and showed a total lack of professionalism. Instead of helping, she chose to be sarcastic and make me feel like the issue was my fault. If this is how she treats customers, she has no business being the person representing this company. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and management should seriously reconsider having someone with this attitude interacting with customers. She was no help at all. Other than that the manger onboard handled it well. Irises attitude was nasty.

  I ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza from Pizza factory and the food was amazing and the staff, Max and Robert, were so polite and it's always amazing to receive great service. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go again. 10/10.

  I just left the best pizza place that I have visited in a long time. My servers Max and Robert made me the best pizza that I have had in the last 20 years. They were very polite and very nice to talk with and I will definitely recommend my friends and family back especially with the amazing crew that just served my family.
