  I understand that they do things fast that's where the problem starts they go too fast and forget items. The chopped up chicken is dried out. The bread as well could be fresher.

  Case# CCC9385191 I made a complaint to Jimmy John’s about the manager Daniel. Corporate responded saying the owner of the location would contact me within 48 hours, that didn’t happen. Daniel was extremely aggressive, and unprofessional. He was mumbling and slurring his speech. He became aggressive and confrontational. Daniel approached me and got into my face when I told him I couldn’t understand him. He then began arguing with me. There are other complaints about his aggressiveness. Obviously he’s related to the owner. Don’t support this location.

  Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The sandwiches are overrated for the price, and everything on the menu feels very expensive for what you get. There don’t seem to be any promotions or specials to help justify the cost. The service was also underwhelming. Employees appeared more focused on their phones and socializing with each other than providing attentive customer service. The overall experience felt average at best, especially considering the high prices. I don’t mind paying more for quality food and great service, but neither stood out during my visit. For the cost, I expected much better food, customer service, and overall value. I left feeling like I paid premium prices for a very average experience.

  Way better than any other sandwich shops. Order is ready in about 2 minutes. Fast. I love the Turkey "Tom Tom" #4 I think. Order it with Capicola, Provolone, no mayo, extra black pepper. It's really good 👍.
