    I ordered a kool blue rebel the worker seemed confused but proceeded to take my order. He was very sweet he even recommended me another drink. i pulled up to the window and i get dutch very often at the vandalia location. When i seen the drink I thought it looked like a blue raspberry rebel. So asked the worker if they could tell me the order and sure enough it was a blue raspberry rebel. I let her know that I had ordered a different drink so she offered to fix it and she put that drink back in the blender added syrup to it and handed it back to me. But unfortunately it still didn’t taste like my drink. I was too embarrassed to ask for it to be remade so I just left. Unfortunately this isn’t the only time that my drinks aren’t made correctly. I do understand mistakes happen, but man every time i go to THIS specific location something is always wrong with my order. This was my last straw with this location, I will be sticking to the vandalia dutch bros.

    What’s the reason in ordering ahead when it takes 15min to make the order got my order after someone else who got there 5min after me the broistas didn’t let the girl know at the window my order was ready I had to go up since I saw her put it off to the side didn’t offer me a sticker like the others saw more talking and arguing then making drinks

    This is the third time it happened, where I go to Order my coffee before work and I’m stuck in line because whoever’s at the window handing out drinks is having a full-blown conversation with a customer or a friend cause it sounds like they’re catching up and there’s literally a line behind me. I couldn’t order online because it says order online is not available so now I’m stuck in a line waiting for the worker to finish the conversation.
