    At first this spot was great but lately they have been taking a really long time with orders. It’s been taking about 30 minutes to get 1 drink. Even when it’s not busy it’s taken minimum 15 minutes. I understand they have to make conversation with customers but sometimes I see them holding the persons drink and they continue to just keep talking and talking . Also when taking orders I see the employee laughing for minutes. Not only with customers but with each other as well. I’ve had employees hold my drink and not give it to me and they are just talking with coworkers. Even when taking my order I’ve had a worker in front of my window talking with coworker passing by and not taking my order. Asking “are you leaving dude what time are you off today” SO ANNOYING Seems like no sense of urgency. Meanwhile there’s a whole line that has to get to work. Also the people taking the order never go “zigzag” and it’s caused me to have to wait in line longer than expected having to let 4 cars + go ahead of me.

    The girl taking the order looks like she didn't want to be there. Would like to say she was having a bad day but no always gets orders wrong. Luckily at the windows they're always happy to fix it. Other than that customer service is always awesome there.

    I understand the friendly vibes of the restaurant but I went today expecting a quick trip but the employees took turns coming out to talk to the car in front of me took them almost ten minutes to come and take my order finally after they took my order they proceeded to sit and talk at the window then after I got my drink and tried to leave they were blocking the exit talking to an employee and I still couldn’t leave even after getting my drink the employees need to focus less on talking to their friends in the drive through and more on helping the other customers waiting instead.
