  If it’s your first time eating at Chipotle, please don’t go to this location. The service is really bad, the food is bad too because they don’t take the time to really cooked well. You’ll be waiting for a bowl for a really long time because it’s just one person making the orders, receiving the payment, making more food and also handling Mobile Orders.This location really needs a new manager.

  Not changing 1 star until this location compensatese with a free burrito. The service size for $15 is a joke. It's smaller than my cup of water

  Saddest chipotle bowl I’ve ever had, looks like I ate some of the bowl but I haven’t even touched it. Five pieces of steak and 70% sour cream and no guac because they were out. If I wanted a bowl with no guac I would’ve gone to cava across the street. If I didn’t add lettuce my bowl would have been empty. @ the Chipotle workers would you make this bowl for yourself on your lunch break? Probably not.

  All of it was BAD 7:30 pm and there was hardly anything anything on the line NO LETTUCE NO CORN NO QUESO NO VEGGIES NO SOFRITA like why don’t you just close the doors for the night. Team members all have an OVERWHELMING FACE, The table by the grill station full of dirty dishes I mean FULL, Your dining room my Gosh even worst I don’t know if you guys have cameras CHECK IT FOR YOUR SELF. All this happening on a Friday Night TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

  I’m giving this location a 0 because this was an extremely frustrating experience. I arrived around 8:00 PM and waited in line for about 15 minutes. Only after I finally got to the front did I find out that they were out of almost everything I wanted to order. They had no steak, no brown rice, and several other items were completely unavailable. The only options left were basically white rice, two types of beans, and two types of chicken. What made this especially frustrating was that nobody informed the customers waiting in line that so many major ingredients were unavailable. If you are out of that many items, especially at only 8 PM, customers should be told before they waste 15 minutes standing in line. When I asked the employee about it and pointed out that I had just waited all that time, there was no apology, explanation, or concern whatsoever. The employee simply stared at me and acted completely indifferent. Running out of one or two ingredients can happen, but being out of this many core menu items at 8 PM, failing to communicate it to customers waiting in line, and then showing no concern when a customer brings it up is unacceptable. This was a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of my time
