  I frequently stop by this McDonald’s drive-thru, but after today’s experience, I will no longer be returning to this location. The employee at the counter taking orders and payments, whose name was CRYSTAL or KRYSTAL, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I simply did not hear her clearly the first time, and instead of politely repeating herself, she responded with attitude and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. To make matters worse, our payment was completely mishandled. We were charged the incorrect amount, and although we were told the issue would be refunded, we later discovered that we were charged twice. What is even more disappointing is that management did absolutely nothing to address the employee’s behavior. There was no accountability, concern, or effort to resolve the situation professionally. It was very clear that neither the employee nor the management cared about providing proper customer service. This location seriously needs better management and staff training. Customers deserve respect, professionalism, and accurate service — none of which were provided during this visit.

  They always forget my sauces and they always give me a regular McChicken this has happend over 5 times when I asked for a spicy chicken also gave me just a wrapper of a hamburger with no hamburger inside I called to address these issues, but nobody answered or picked up And at the window, they gave me a wrong sauce that I didn’t order and I kindly told the lady that they forgot my barbecue sauce and she had gave me attitude and she said it’s an up charge when I clearly paid for it at the speaker

  This place does not have customer service people work here are very rude you can tell they do not like their job 7 people standing around while there's a line is unacceptable

  The tables are always dirty, there are no soda refills, and the service is terrible; you want to clean the tables yourself, but there are no napkins.
