I don't usually give bad remarks but it doesn't matter to Jamba anyways because all they say is sorry for missing mark on their responses.. Went out of my way to go to this place because I had a Jamba Coupon I got in the mail. When I got there the girl working there said they don't accept coupons (I read on another remark that they used a coupon). I didn't buy anything because I would rather support my local LOLLICUP in Diamond Bar. I would have been pissed if I spent Double $ to try them out just to get the disappointment that others remarked. They probably would have been missing ingredients like others have stated.

I will have to agree with many of the "not-so-good" reviews on here about this Jamba location. On 08/06/2024, I met the "district manager", Min and I was not very impressed either. He made me wait at least 5 minutes before acknowledging my presence standing in front of the register. Many of the staff there don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. My Go-to location is the La Verne Jamba' it's a couple minutes further than this location but they are much nicer and happier staff. They ran out of Whey Protein (until next week), so I started coming here again. Today, 08/07/2024, I had the pleasure to be welcomed and served by ITZEL. She's GREAT. Great service, great hospitality, great preparation of food and great listening skills. She restored my interest in going back there again. Thank YOU Itzel and Thanks Jamba for having Itzel there. She's an ASSET for sure.

Tengo dos semanas tratando de agarrar un acai bowl y no tienen granola ? Cómo es posible que no puedan llevar el producto que necesitan si venden bowls que llevan granola un día esta bien que no tengan pero ya por dos semanas realmente es absurdo.

Ridiculous operation conditions. They have one opener and seem to be running with zero supplies. Everytime I come in there seems to be something that’s not working properly. Just a few days ago they told me the oven was not working and now they only have TWO blenders. This is honestly ridiculous and I just feel bad for the employees. Im worried for their safety and will be filing a report against this location in the interest of the health and safety of these poor employees.
