  If the food at Pizza Factory didn't live up to its reputation, this location would get 1 star and that's for the cashier who had to deliver all the bad news. Things happen, but running out of cauliflower crust, having half eaten looking chocolate chip cookies on display, and a cook that clearly didn't know order of priority with 3 kids orders all wrapped into one visit is why I'm leaving this review. Maybe the service and attitude would be better if it were busy, not sure. Alas, go for the food period, nothing else.

  Went there last night and the two male workers were nice and helpful, they took our order. However the other 3 female workers were singing dancing and quite frankly being obnoxious the whole time and acting like toddlers when we were there. Also our server came over to give us our pizza and she spoke extremely quiet and we little to no care at all. Not impressed with the staff at all and ruined the experience. Food was decent. EDIT: I went to the bathroom before leaving as there was literal shit on the toilet seat, I understand this really isn’t staffing fault but seriously.

  The pizza was good! We do feel the cheesy bread was a little under cooked. But the pizza was on point!!! I don't agree with the round table prices but I also understand with the current state of our country. I would recommend still as other locations are also great!
