  Really nice environment and super good food. Pizza crust was super crispy and delicious with fresh toppings. Staff were very pleasant.

  i ordered online using 200 points for a medium pizza and they used it on a small cheese pizza. of course since i ordered online they said nothing they could do. not even charge me for the small pizza and give me back the points or make me a the medium pizza use the points for that and charge me for the small pizza.

  If the food at Pizza Factory didn't live up to its reputation, this location would get 1 star and that's for the cashier who had to deliver all the bad news. Things happen, but running out of cauliflower crust, having half eaten looking chocolate chip cookies on display, and a cook that clearly didn't know order of priority with 3 kids orders all wrapped into one visit is why I'm leaving this review. Maybe the service and attitude would be better if it were busy, not sure. Alas, go for the food period, nothing else.
