  gone twice and they messed up the order both times. the first time they gave me steak when i ordered ground beef and the second i ordered a combo and they only gave one out the the 4 items after changing me for all the items.

  THIS IS A REVIEW ON THE AI !!! We did the drive through to order and an AI robot took our order over the intercom. At the window, a live person confirmed our order. This is insane…I hate people but BRING BACK PEOPLE I don’t want robots taking my order

  I had a bizarrely poor experience here. I placed a mobile order at 12:17 PM specifically scheduled for a 5:45 PM pickup. My confirmation email explicitly stated the 5:45 PM time. When I arrived, the staff claimed my food was "already picked up" and tried to argue that the order was made for 12:00 PM. Instead of fixing the mistake, they demanded I "request a refund" through a frozen app and then pay for the food a second time. I waited until 6:10 PM with zero help. When I finally spoke to the manager, she was completely unempathetic. She actually told me, "But we also made the food," as if I should feel bad that they gave my paid-for meal to the wrong person. Yes, you made it 5 hours early and gave it to a stranger! After a long argument, she finally made the food but told me she’d do it "this time, but never again." Don’t worry—there won't be a next time. I’ve never been treated like a criminal for wanting the food I already paid for. Avoid this location.
