  This is genuinely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and the only reason I keep returning is because it’s the only location in the area. I ordered a chicken biscuit with a round egg and paid an extra $2.50 for the egg. When I checked the bag, the label showed the correct order, so I assumed everything was fine. I got home about 15 minutes later and discovered there was no egg on the sandwich. The issue isn’t just the missing egg it’s the fact that I paid for something I didn’t receive. This happens constantly at this specific location. When you try to let them know about the mistake, the person who I assume is the manager gets visibly irritated, as if correcting their error is an inconvenience. It’s extremely frustrating. Please, someone open another McDonald’s in this area. This one needs competition.

  Very disappointed with the customer service. The response time was extremely slow, and it felt like no one was really listening or trying to help. There was a clear lack of care for customers, which made the whole experience frustrating. I hope they improve their service and start valuing their customers more.

  By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They force you to wait in the curbside pickup spots no matter what, for no reason whatsoever. The food is neither "fast" nor technically even food if we're being honest. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I sat there for an hour after an associate first told me I was lying about what time I placed my order, only to find out 20 minutes later there conviently was a glitch and they never saw my order to begin with!
