- JHJimmy HuynhMay 10, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at It's a Grind Coffee House in Stoneridge Mall. The drinks tasted terrible and seemed poorly made. Not long after drinking them, my family ended up feeling sick and had stomach issues for the rest of the day, which was extremely frustrating and concerning. On top of that, the customer service was awful. The staff looked annoyed whenever customers asked questions or ordered, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable. It honestly seemed like they didn’t want to be there or help anyone. I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but between the bad drinks and rude service, I definitely will not be returning.
