Allow me to introduce you to Chick&Tea, a culinary gem that originated in Oakland, California back in 2014. Ever since its inception, Chick&Tea has been on a mission to introduce the distinctive flavors of Taiwanese street food and night markets to its cherished customers. Initially, there was some confusion surrounding the term "Gpie" (which translates to chicken cutlet in Mandarin). Still, owner Frankie took it upon himself to personally explain the concept, allowing customers to fully appreciate the true essence of Chick&Tea's offerings – a genuine taste of Taiwanese soul food!
