When I finally got my food, it was the wrong order, and there was hair in the food. This was honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. They don’t even deserve one star.

One of the times we opened the bag in store and they gave us the wrong order. When we brought this to their attention, they still proceeded to give us the wrong order. It took them 2 tries to get it correct. This time we opened the bag in front of them and asked if this was the right order and they confirmed it was. However on tasting it they still gave us the wrong order. Don’t come here unless you want to waste your money and you want your night ruined with the wrong order

I placed an online order and went in to pick it up around 11:46 PM on March 6, and the customer service at the front was extremely unprofessional. The two girls working at the front cashier were openly cussing and speaking rudely the entire time I was waiting, which made the environment uncomfortable and unprofessional. On top of that, I was never greeted when I arrived. What made the experience worse was that I felt pressured to fill out a survey just to get additional ranch for my order, which felt inappropriate and unnecessary. Customers shouldn’t feel forced to complete surveys just to receive something as simple as ranch. I spent $46.58 for two combos, and for that price I expected basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below that standard. I hope management reviews the customer service at this location and addresses the behavior of the staff because this was a very poor experience.
