I left all my stuff and they lost a sale they shouldn't make being a member so difficult the managers didn't do anything and I'm not spending all my ti.e waiting for an app to download, it used to be done quicker but they need to sell our information so I'm off to the other stores that don't make you feel like a non member for no reason , safeway you can't be a costco

However I am writing this review to shout out lovely employee who went out of her way to make the experience better. Katelynn (or maybe Kayelynn) was assigned to monitor the self-check out lanes. She noticed that the regular check out lines were backing up and asked for volunteers to come to self-checkout with their extra items and she would help them. I took er up on this and she helped me get the week's groceries scanned in record time. She also had an amazingly positive attitude. Thank you!

For the last year I've noticed that Signature has pulled more than 50% of its products leaving shelves rather bare. And that the products going in are not very good quality or prices. Meanwhile the competition 1978 Safeway is far smaller and keeps a full on stock of necessities and has better produce. Better sales items too. Farewell Safeway 707.
