However I am writing this review to shout out lovely employee who went out of her way to make the experience better. Katelynn (or maybe Kayelynn) was assigned to monitor the self-check out lanes. She noticed that the regular check out lines were backing up and asked for volunteers to come to self-checkout with their extra items and she would help them. I took er up on this and she helped me get the week's groceries scanned in record time. She also had an amazingly positive attitude. Thank you!

For the last year I've noticed that Signature has pulled more than 50% of its products leaving shelves rather bare. And that the products going in are not very good quality or prices. Meanwhile the competition 1978 Safeway is far smaller and keeps a full on stock of necessities and has better produce. Better sales items too. Farewell Safeway 707.

She made the customer feel uncomfortable to the point where the customer looked at us for comfort because she was being rude just because she pushed her cart less than a foot and Gloria said “I told you to not move the cart so why are you moving it.” I felt really bad for the customer because she looked really confused and in shock by the way she talked to her.
