I called the store because after I put my location in the app stating where I was because I couldn't find the pick up and go area, they hung up on me when I asked them to bring it directly outside. I tried calling several times and no pick up. Went inside to customer service and they said they couldn't help me and I needed to drive around back. Once again, where is the signage??????? So I drive back and there are no parking spots just a long painted area in green that said pick up and go. I then called the store and nobody picked up again. Finally got an associate and after a thirty minute delay they finally gave me my order. Then I get the products and the drink cans were not properly closed. They chose the crappiest flimsiest containers. I will never go back and I was a loyal Safeway customer.

It's hard enough trying to carry fragile paper bags full of groceries, but without handles it's almost impossible without carrying them one at a time. Not having handles on the bags is dumber than getting rid of plastic bags in the first place. I would highly recommend getting some common sense but that appears to be a rare commodity in California. Do better.
