They should probably be investigated for being either incredibly incompetent or possibly embezzling from the company. Paper bags are horrible already, but not having handles makes them completely unusable. Guess I'm gonna have to switch to Lucky or whole foods because it doesn't make sense to drop a ton of cash on groceries that I then can't even carry.
- MHm hApr 14, 20261.0This store is ridiculously understaffed and the customer service is pitiful I went in today to buy a couple things including alcohol there was only one register open and there were two people with many many items so I went to the customer service desk which no one man's I press the button I wait for someone to come over and he tells me oh I was just on a register there were not two registers he chose to argue with me instead of helping me so I left I'm not going to that Safeway again and I'm going to try to stay away from Safeways as much as I can because of their lack of customer service when I called corporate they give me an AI and say I have to be willing to let them sell my personal information Safeway in Albertsons you are a gather more than enough information on everyone who uses a debit credit or Club card
