- AGAthos Gouveia6 days ago1.0I came to this Chipotle for the convenience and the chance to have a "healthier" meal. As soon as I ordered my bowl, I noticed the server put in a measly portion of rice and a small amount of beans, then added just a few cubes of meat—even though I’d ordered a "steak bowl." She then filled the rest of the bowl with ingredients like pico de gallo and corn. I asked for extra avocado, but she gave me a tiny portion; when I questioned her about it, she claimed the portion size matched the price. They charged me $13.50 for the steak bowl, $2.95 for the extra guacamole, and $3.30 for a drink; with tax, the total came to $21.58. I found this outrageous—I paid a high price but got a bowl with very little food, served in stingy portions as if that was supposed to be a filling meal. I’m disappointed with the service and the portion sizes. Do better, Chipotle in Pleasant Hill, because the bowl you served me was ridiculous.

Staff rude throwing temper tantrums does the young man doesn't understand English and got the order incorrect. So he threw the four tacos we had order over to the back behind him and with a continued pouty face slapped the ingredients onto the new fajitas. My wife and I were astonished at the attitude. She remarked to me what's his problem? Then the girl that took over seen bubbly but pushy hurrying and not listening to us. Same thing last time pushy attitude won't listen in a big hurry. People were just rude and we didn't actually get what we ordered but rather than make a scene worse we accepted and moved on. We work hard for our money and the last thing we want to see is rude staff pouty faces and to be rushed. Additionally We were well before closing time hours and nobody behind us.... so why the drama? We won't be eating Chipotle anywhere ever again!!!

You guys objectively earned a 1 star. And for the people who aren't convinced by the wall of 1 star reviews, don't get chipotle of all places
