  Me, my sister, and her boyfriend went here yesterday to pick up an order and it was fine but there was a huge line and it was super long but luckily we were just picking up food. When I got home and started eating the chicken felt weird in my mouth and I realized in the middle there was this bit that almost looked raw and the more I ate the more weird raw bits I got in my mouth in practically every single bite, they also put too much guacamole in my bowl and barely any cheese it was like an entire large container of guacamole and it was honestly so disgusting to me as someone who loves avocados and too many onions, I also got beef barbicoa and I could barely taste it and there was no brown rice at all even though I asked for brown rice and white rice I only could see the white rice. I got a stomach ache after eating and I barely finished my bowl, I was eating more today and I kept getting weird raw bits and I kept having to spit it out, i eventually just decided to throw it away and I got another stomach ache after. Luckily o have a pretty strong stomach so I’m most likely not going to get salmonella or food poisoning luckily but I’m never coming back to this location. Disgusting.

  I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location. The employee serving my bowls rushed me the entire time while asking for toppings, and when I didn’t answer fast enough, she started making annoyed faces and acting irritated. On top of that, the chicken portions were ridiculously small. When I politely asked if she could add a little more — like the portions the CEO himself talks about in videos — she immediately told me I would have to pay for double meat. The customer service overall was awful. When I got to the cashier, I asked to speak to the manager, and the same employee turned around and said she was the manager. At that point, I had enough. I said never mind, and walked out. I will never return to this location again.

  I love chipotle but this one time the steak burrito i got was chewed and rubbing. I wish I didn't had such of dessapointment, since im a chipotle lover.

  I am definitely not gonna come here my kids anymore. The teenagers, that hang around this area are very ill mannered, and clearly have no sense of what they're talking about. And the staff here can do much to kick them out of the restaurent, or tell them to stop doing what they're doing. I paid for my food but I did not enjoy one second of it while I was there!

  BEWARE: SERIOUS HYGIENE CONCERNS. Employee was sweeping floor, then put broom down, started typing on register. Then employee went to grab a bag. I stated “i prefer that you not bag my food because you just got done sweeping the floor and didn’t wash your hands. The employee stared at me for several seconds then rolled her eyes and asked the employee who made the food to bag it. At that moment, i realized that they probably do this all the time and that i did not want to eat at this establishment.
