We had just gotten them in the mail today and they were good for 2 weeks still. Then he said well we dont accept coupons. How can a franchise not accept their own coupons. They then said they would give us 10% off and when they rung us up they didn't do it and was like like oh well... sorry.. Not only was the customer service terrible, but when we got the food back to the office so we could eat together they had made some of the food wrong! We had it written down for them.
