In the midst of a chaotic day, I had made the mistake of ordering my food at the wrong pizza factory, Broadway, online, Instead of Pleasant Valley. I've never made this mistake before, but once I got to my pizza factory to pick up the kids dinner, I realized I had made the mistake, so I immediately called them, apologized, and even knew they probably made the food already. After owning my mistake and telling them what happened, there was no empathy nor understanding and I was met with nasty attitude and after I asked to have it voided because she begrudgingly said that's all they can do, the girl said simply said ok, then I was hung up on. Pleasant valley pizza factory did us up right and super friendly and kind. After reading their lowest reviews, 3 people In the last 6 months have complained about poor employee attitude.
A great place to have a delicious pizza and a fun time with the family, while seeing locals from this lovely little hometown. Thanks for always taking care of your customers.
We’ve been coming here for about five years used to be our favorite pizza spot lately. Something’s changed, most of the employees make it very known that they don’t want to be there working. I’m at reflex on the service, the last couple times our pizza has had 2 to 3 inches of dry crust all the way around it. Which makes a large pizza basically a medium because all the toppings are squished towards the center, When the owners are here, everything is top notch and it’s a good experience. I understand. I’m a business owner. Good employees are hard to come by.

The best way to enjoy the pizza is to eat it at the restaurant....fresh from the oven is the best!!! I'm not a fan of the attitudes of some of the employees, but bad customer service seems to be the new normal
