    I think there is some type of discrimination going on at this location? I hate to say it but every single time I come to this specific location I see the same girls and I feel so bad because they look so tired and it’s hot outside, I don’t wanna assume anyone’s ethnicity but it’s appear their Hispanic/Latino? Don’t get me wrong I love the service and coming here but it’s ridiculous that every time I come there outside for hours it seems. I hope this is not the case because if this is happening this is not ok at all!!! I’m also hoping I’m not the only one seeing this because I also go to the cameron park location and I NEVER see the same people as much as this location.

    I’ve always enjoyed coming to Dutch Bros, so I was excited to stop by today to try the new food items that were just introduced at our local location. The young lady who took my order was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me even more excited about my visit. Unfortunately, my experience at the pickup window was the complete opposite. The employees working the window never greeted me, avoided eye contact, and seemed annoyed that I was there. I did not receive a smile or friendly interaction. When my drinks and food were handed to me, all I received was a stern “There you go.” There was no “thank you,” “have a great day,” or any of the warm customer service I’ve come to expect from Dutch Bros. I purchased several of the new baked items to take home and share with my family because we’re fans of Dutch Bros, so this was especially disappointing. I understand everyone has difficult days, but a simple greeting, smile, and thank you can make a big difference. I hope this was just an off day because the person who took my order represented the friendly service Dutch Bros is known for, and I’d love to continue supporting our only Dutch Bros location in town.
