  Wow, I dropped in after seeing all those amazing ads on Instagram. Didn’t realize they close the dining section (it’s a restaurant in the morning and stays open until 9pm for the bakery section). Nery G was sooooo nice, he didn’t rush me and his team made me the most delicious breakfast meal with an extra side of kindness. After breakfast, I ventured into the bakery for fresh conchas (mazapan & Nutella) recommended by Israel (cutie) who is also a very polite young person. Appreciate everyone’s hospitality here at Loaded Cafe & Panecito Bakery.

  Stopped here for work and saw this guy making conchas and then it smelled really good in there and I ended up buying one. I usually don't eat pan dulce only if someone brings it to work or a party, but I went to look at the display and ended up buying a churro concha. Poor Netty was the only one working and making conchas and I asked him for one and he rang me up. I felt bad, he was in the middle of making a batch and had to stop and ring me up for one concha but he was so nice about it! I was in between stops so this was my breakfast for the morning and it was really good. The few conchas I've had in the past were kind of hard exterior and soft inside, but this was completely soft and fluffy all the way around. Also, it was warm! Definitely overlooked this place in the past, but now I'm a fan and would consider getting it for the office instead of donuts and bagels.
