My visit is directly to the bakery department. Most ridiculous thing is the lady whos taking my order told me they DO NOT make Whip Cream Frostings for cupcakes!!! That is a FAT LIE! Every Safeway offers Whipcream frosting. I stood there and called the Clayton store and asked if they do Whipcream frosting and she said yes! Mind you this is not my first time ordering cupcakes from Safeway, but this is the first time I was told they don't offer it. She made no attempt to go ask. If this store is special and different from the others. Then say that, I am sharing this for MANAGEMENT awareness and you need to retrain your people. Don't make up your own rules!

How can people without a car carry bags without handles? What if they have to walk far? What if they have a lot of items? It's unbearable. Please do something about it.
