  The food itself is excellent but the portion-to-price ratio needs major improvement. Other restaurants you get 2 healthy sized kabobs where as here, you get one. Ghormeh Sabzi, I received one large spoonful- I read the other reviews which say you get a generous size portions — that’s not accurate. A Generous size portion here, you will spend $75 per person. I wish this Restaurant owner luck being a new business. I will not be returning because of the portion size and cost.

  I had such a great experience at Majlis in Pittsburg! We ordered the kebabs with rice, and everything was absolutely delicious. The kebabs were perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and full of flavor, and the rice was fresh and complemented the meat perfectly. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into the food. The portions were generous, everything tasted fresh, and we genuinely enjoyed our meal. It’s wonderful to have a place like Majlis here in Pittsburg. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious, flavorful food!

  If you are looking for authentic grills, top-tier food, this place is unbeatable. The service was top-notch from the moment we sat down—friendly, attentive, and very fast. Every single item was freshly prepared and served hot. The Kabuli Pulao was absolute perfection—fragrant, rich, and balanced just right. The chicken was incredibly fresh, tender, and juicy, with amazing flavor in every bite. Even the mixed grill platters and fresh sauces were packed with quality. Truly a 7-star experience. We will definitely be back for more!

  Absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly grilled. The mixed grill was the highlight—tender, juicy meats with an amazing smoky char, and the grilled vegetables were cooked perfectly. The rice was fragrant, fluffy, and full of flavor, especially the biryani, .The portions were generous, presentation was beautiful, and every bite tasted authentic and well-seasoned. Definitely a place I’d come back to and highly recommend to anyone who loves Persian/Afghan-style grilled food. 10/10 experience! 🔥🍖🍚❤️

  This place is amazing. Truly a hidden gem. The lentil soup was so flavorful. For a starter we shared a leek bolani served with yogurt, chutney and hot sauce. My friend ordered the mantu... little pockets of deliciousness. We tried each other's dishes. My entree was the chapli kabobs with the special rice. This is a meal I will be dreaming about. I was saddened that were were the only ones there for the lunch rush . Please support this restaurant. Bring your family and friends. I am already planning my next visit. I dish these gracious folks a great success.
