- JMJorge MontielJun 24, 20262.0I love el pollo loco but lately at this store they are very careless. I ordered a 16 pc family meal legs and thighs and I got an order with some wings. They also forgot the salsa I asked for. No salsa at all. I did not realize until I got home. I am very disappointed
