  I usually hate leaving negative reviews, especially because I really enjoy the food from this place, but my experience at the drive-thru today was extremely disappointing. The employee who helped us, Kaila, was very rude and unprofessional from the beginning. While taking my order, she was yelling and was also very difficult to understand, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. When it was time to pay, I told her I was using Apple Pay. She immediately seemed upset and acted like she did not want to take the payment. What bothered me the most was when she grabbed my phone out of my hand to process the Apple Pay payment herself and then tossed it back at me. I found that extremely disrespectful and inappropriate, especially since it was my personal property. Afterward, I asked for my receipt and she simply told me “no.” I really like the food here and normally have no reason to complain, but the way I was treated today was unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the situation because no customer should be treated this way.

  Very slow service. Took them 15 min to give me my "fast" food even though my food was ready minutes after I ordered (I can see it just sitting there). The workers were too busy filling orders for multiple people that arrived after me. They only started moving when I said something, and even then, they took their time.

  They always cook the chicken perfectly! My overseas guests always crave this chicken when they’re back home. I was a little dazed and accidentally missed the ordering screen, but the staff was kind enough to still take my order at the window. I really appreciate it! I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Thank you for the great food and wonderful service!
