  been coming here since we moved to cali. wife absolutely loves the food to the point I had to steal the recipes and make it at home but we still come by for the convenience on busy days. very plentiful with the sauce on request. we usually get the double chicken tostadas and load them with sauce.

  July4, 2026 Who ever the cook was for today should QUIT! I spent nearly 40 dollars and the food tasted like it was thrown together and nothing fit. I ordered 2 burritos and a double chicken tostada! Ish was gross 😡😡 I mean if you don’t LOVE what you do then maybe work do… maybe reconsider your profession! So pissed

  I love el pollo loco but lately at this store they are very careless. I ordered a 16 pc family meal legs and thighs and I got an order with some wings. They also forgot the salsa I asked for. No salsa at all. I did not realize until I got home. I am very disappointed

  Always use the drive thru on taco Tuesday, it gives me a reason to come to El Pollo Loco. My wife enjoys the food, going weekly they greet us like "CHEERS" never had a bad experience and will continue to come back.
