  Had a really bad experience today at the drive-thru. I got there a little bit early at 7:58 a.m. I know they don't open till 8:00 a.m. no biggie. So I just kind of sat my car in the Drive-Thru before anyone else came along since I was first dibs. It's about 7:59 I'm just scrolling on my phone waiting for another minute for them to open when this Indian lady of mid 40s or so approaches me as she got out of her car and tells me they're not open yet and I said " well you have 1 minute". How does she have the audacity to tell someone to move their car when there's only a minute left till opening? Anyways I didn't move my car because I don't have to so I just sat there and waited another couple of minutes past.. it was already 803 by now, I say hello into the microphone no response. Silence. Not even I'll be right with you or any kind of acknowledgment. So I decide maybe I need to reset the thing so I exit out then I go back in it's now 8:05 they're technically open they even lit up their open sign. So I go into the drive-thru again and the speaker has the robot talk to me and ask if I have the app I say no and usually this is the part where a worker will take my order. But instead I got radio silence again , nothing. So I will be going to a different Taco Bell ,all my daughter wanted was some crunchy beef tacos and sour cream I was very polite I didn't say anything rude to that woman who asked me to move , and they still didn't even take my order 5 minutes after they had opened ,despite my sitting there waiting... that is not okay and not professional or how you run a business

  I used the Tacobell app to order food. It stated that TB closes at 3am. When I arrived to the location it was closed. So when I tried to cancel my order, it declined due to it being processed already. I wasted money, gas, and time. It wouldn't have been a problem if I was able to cancel the order and refund my money back.

  So I was gonna write this restaurant at five because as an Uber Lyft driver access to a clean unlocked. Restroom is few and far between…… however the score has decreased drastically based on their lack of customer service… it’s 5:50 in the afternoon in a very busy town. There is one customer who is an employee on break and at least three workers however, when I approach the counter to order my evening, snack and employee looked at me without acknowledgment on his way to clean the dining room room….. I stood at the counter for almost 2 minutes. No one said hello just one moment Nada so disgusted with this treatment, especially as a hard-working citizen especially because it cost $200 to go outside every single day.
