  I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always the same situation, never have all the proteins, never have all the cheeses, and the staff are always acting like they are mad to be helping you.

  If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, the quality at this Subway has steadily declined. We visited on April 20th at approximately 1:40 PM, and the restaurant was poorly stocked. The beverage options were extremely limited, with only Pepsi and Pepsi Zero available. Several standard toppings were missing, including onions and pickles, and the lettuce appeared wilted. Additionally, the cucumbers in the container were frozen. We ordered two chicken sandwiches to go. Upon eating them, we noticed that the chicken had an unpleasant taste and did not appear to be fully cooked. We returned to the restaurant to address the issue. One employee was on a personal phone call and referred us to a coworker for assistance. When we requested a refund, we were told that the chicken was fine; however, based on its appearance (as shown in the attached photo), it did not seem properly prepared. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, both in terms of food quality and customer service.

  Several cons to spending your time and money at this location. I went in at lunch time and they only had 1 employee. They were out of the Monday meatball sub deal, had no Philly cheesecake, pepper jack cheese, or many of the veggie options. I attempted to order via the app to get their 8.99 meal deal but they disabled it. I tried using it in store and they said it was only for online. When I explained they disabled it, I was not told anything. I then asked for a cup for ice and worker said they don’t give out water cups. I will not be purchasing anything here from now on, and I recommend you find other establishments where you can actually get what you originally wanted. This was quite terrible.

  Worst subway experience I’ve ever had. One they where out of half the items on the menu, two when adding sauce instead of refilling the empty tube the two men working today around 3:30pm 4/16 decided that squirting absolutely nothing on my sandwich in front of me was the best thing to do. On top of that the customer service was disgusting. And the cherry on top was how dirty the restaurant was , sticky and greasy tables and a dead roach in the corner. If you can help it avoid eating here. Hire new staff and get your stuff together.
