  Kiosk was quick. Just ordered a coke. Took 10 min just to get my drink because no person was up front working. Hate that customer service at any McDonald's no longer exists.

  What’s the point in advertising table service if they’re not going to bring it. Next time they don’t I’m going to be asking for a refund. They just stand around letting the food get cold

  On a mid Saturday afternoon, I wanted to eat some food so I drove into the drive thru only to wait an extremely long time just to get 1 meal. It was not overly packed but the cars ahead of me were not moving at all. I understand if its busy then things can take a while but I go to a drive thru to get my food fast and not wait like 20 minutes when there are only a couple cars ahead of me. If you need food fast. This is not the place for that at all.
