Carlos was very apologetic for the error made and went above and beyond to make my order right and complete. I appreciated this exemplary customer service because it is obvious he is serious about customer satisfaction and takes pride in his work; something that is not very common these days. Regrettably, I am quite dissatisfied with our recent meals, especially considering that we frequently visit the establishment on Pico River. The food has traditionally been greasy; however, today our salads were unsatisfactory. We received only the white parts of the lettuce, and the avocados were substandard. Consequently, I am contemplating not returning to this venue in the future.
