  I completed an online order on 5/17/26 at approx. 3:30 pm. On the app i was informed there were no ranch (which I was ok with) after arriving at the location i was informed there were no Ranch, BBQ sauce, or Ketchup. I attempted to cancel my order but since my food was being prepped, I was unable to cancel it thru the app. The associate, who was very kind, unfortunately was unable to assist me.

  What a horrible experience. I waited for my for over ten minutes to get my food. When i finally received my food straws were missing. I ask if the straws were on the bag she asked if i was given any I said no . She never came back out with the straws I had to go in a request for straw and she was busy doing something else .

  Took them almost 20 minutes to bring out our food and we left and realized there was no straw no sauces that were asked for either.

  Never stopped here before, such a regret. The order window, polite, courteous, on point. Then the order pickup, even nicer! Read out my order to confirm its accuracy (100%). Was just a great experience, also note probably the best fries I've ever had from a McDonald's. Keep up the great work 😎🤘

  Monique at the Cajon pass McDonald's made our day. She was very attentive, helpful (checking on the ice cream machine multiple times for us), and her warm smile was ever present! Even though it was a very busy Friday morning and the restaurant was packed with hungry, sometimes cranky, customers, Monique's kindness and smile didn't waver. Thanks, Monique! The world needs more people like you!
