I ordered a milkshake online and when I came to pick it up, the worker said the flavor was out and to contact DoorDash, without asking any questions (I didn’t DoorDash or get a message saying the flavor was out) She didn’t offer any solutions so I said I wanted a refund and she said “well I don’t know how to do that our system isn’t working” that’s unacceptable. I wasted my time and was not offered anything for the inconvenience. She got a manger on the phone and told me to explain to the manager on the phone what was going on even though she’s the employee and knew what was going on. Her manager told her to refund me cash and when she gave me my change she didn’t even bother counting it back or apologizing for the inconvenience. She didn’t even talk. That was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
