  I placed an order on the Taco Bell App and it was made correctly, timely and when I went in to pick it up Armando had exceptional customer service and his upbeat personality was infectious (especially after a long day of work). My boyfriend is very particular with his order and fastfood chains usually mess things up; but not this time! Thanks for that 😊 we really appreciate the experience.

  Hi, I went to the Ramona Expressway Taco Bell last night and had an issue with my order. I asked whether the Crunchwrap had any combos that came with fries, and when I was told no, I asked what would be cheaper: the combo with a drink and taco, or the Crunchwrap with fries and a drink. I was told “it would be $9,” so I agreed, thinking that included fries and a regular drink. I also ordered a separate combo for my dad, so the total sounded reasonable to me at the time. However, when I arrived home when I received my order, I didn’t get any fries, and I realized I was given a large drink that I never asked for. I also ended up being charged much more than I expected for what came in the bag. I wasn’t able to come back that night because I had a curfew and was in a hurry, but I would really appreciate if someone could help fix this—either a refund for the difference or the missing items. I also want to mention that being charged for a large drink I never requested feels unfair and misleading. I tried to call last night but nobody picked up. Very poor service…
