  Employees be grinding! Got a little confused on the online order system with pick up time accuracy but thats okay, props to the employees for working hard !

  On my lunch break I ordered online and the app told me it would take about 20 minutes to make my sandwich and when I got there my order was not even started on yet. So I had to cancel my order and request a refund because I was not able to wait any longer due to my lunch break almost being over. And on top of that the refund process takes about 5-7 days 😐 this subway location was my favorite for years but today I was really disappointed and dissatisfied. I really hope I get my full refund back. Unfortunately that time I spent cannot be refunded to me.

  I work in the same plaza so I order subway prett much everyday and the girls know me already always so nice to me love it there great service

  I order online yesterday they always have fresh bread good sandwiches.But yesterday all 4 of my sandwiches the bread was very hard,it looked old we couldn't eat them terrible bread I called but no answer just to let them know to check their bread.
