    They’ll always forget something, i’m sure they’d forget their heads if it weren’t attached to their necks. They are also incredibly slow for a fast food place, you can’t place a mobile order and order ahead in the morning which defeats the purpose of online ordering.

    I went drive thru 7/1/2026 at 2:11pm they ignore the second lane of drive thru they take the wrong order. I realized it when I got home and the girl that answer the phone was misresoectful and refuse to help me and hang up. I called back à young man answer after many attempts snd refuse to give me his name and refuse to help. Is sad how customer service is so bad. McDonald’s use to be a good run company but now is not customer focus. I wonder what is the expectation from their manager or franchisee. Sad

    I visited this McDonald’s in the morning and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Even though I placed my order on the kiosk and selected “dine-in,” they gave me my food to go and didn’t apologize or acknowledge the mistake. They also didn’t bring the food to the table despite having table numbers, and I had to get everything myself. No one offered condiments, no one asked if I needed anything else, and the staff showed very little interest in customer service.The food was slightly cold, not fresh, and even the coffee was served lukewarm. On top of that, I didn’t receive a simple “thank you.” Overall, it was a poor experience, and I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

    It was Hella hot inside I was there for like 20 minutes and still didn't get my food and it seemed like everyone else was having that issue. I just walked out, I didn't feel like dealing with all the issues at this location.

    Waited over 40 mins in drive-thru after around 10:45. Before I got my food. A previous customer walked up to me asking if he can cut back in line because they messed up his order and forgot his pies. I allowed it. Then it’s my turn. I see them laughing and giggling. Taking about relationships and I see the female worker that’s running the drive thru drop my sauce packets, pick them up and wipe them down with her pants leg. Then put it in my bag and hand it to me. By the time I get home it’s 11:32. I ordered online expecting everything to be there and no. They forgot half of my order. Several nugget boxes and a burger. I go the next day and the manager refuses to speak to me and sends over a new worker. Every time I tell her. I want my missing portion. Or some kind of recompense for wasting my time and expensive gas money for the drive. She would have to run back and talk to her manager. After a long back and forth of playing messenger with the girl. The manager hands me the remaining portion and threw in a burger saying next time. Don’t eat our food and bring it back or else we won’t refund you or remake your order. Letting me know this was the first and last time they will without the food. I had the receipt and I’m not gonna starve myself until the next day and it’s lunch just have them redo my order!!! Avoid this place. Jack in the Box, as a matter of fact done a similar thing with me and they apologized AND entirely remade my order after showing proof of purchase. I even did it a week later as I’m not able to just drive wherever. Truly those workers of Jack in the Box deserve respect unlike the manager of this Perris, McDonald’s.
